Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:

All packages will be shipped from IMG, Inc. - our headquarters location in Nashville, TN.

Typical orders will be shipped as packages through the United Stated Postal Services (USPS). All shipping will take place within the hours of 8:30 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST Monday - Friday, with respect to USPS holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped as quickly as possible on Monday, with respect to USPS holidays. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM CST Fridays will be subject to holding over the weekend, and being shipped as quickly as possible on Monday, with respect to USPS holidays.

MEDIA (CDs and LPs)

All applicable orders will be shipped through USPS Media Mail, a service which provides tracking to our team and the customer. This helps ensure we respond in a timely manner to all orders, and allows the customer to see the progress of their purchase, from time of purchase until time of Delivery.
